You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.
2. Course licenses
When you enroll, we grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your personal or organizational learning according to your purchase. You may not resell, publicly post, or redistribute materials without permission.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive activity.
- No attempts to bypass security or access other users’ data.
- No scraping or automated harvesting without written consent.
- No content that violates platform guidelines or listener safety.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD and may change. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refund requests are evaluated per our refund policy described in FAQs and checkout pages.
5. Intellectual property
All materials, trademarks, and content are owned by VaultVoice Institute or its licensors. You may create reasonable notes and internal SOPs derived from lessons for your team’s use.
6. Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee audience growth, revenue outcomes, or platform approvals. Your results depend on your implementation and context.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the site or email.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
